Well, ALL pnm's ARE considered because recruitment STARTS with your submission of your qualifications. Round 1 is before in-person recruitment rounds and is based on your registration materials. If a pnm is not high on a sorority's ranks based on grades and all those basics, no amount of personality at an in-person round is going to make up for it.
