1) it’s probably mamas. Chi o is top-tier to mamas who then push those views on their Mississippi/Memphis daughters so they’ll pledge them. Then the daughters do thinking they got a top house, then reality sets in months later when they realize no one else on campus thinks the same way their mamas do. So they validate themselves on this site 2) I think they’re just talked about a lot because they’re the attractive / fun houses. And people probably talk about them together because of this and because they hang out with each other a lot 3) From what I heard, they got a bad pledge class one year and haven’t been able to get a good one because of that 4) Because people are insecure that a new house is climbing
