Thanks for responding! I think NPC recruitment needs a massive overhaul. While what you describe sounds less than ideal I think what is currently offered is also less ideal. I don’t know where the balance is though. I do feel that a lot of houses miss out on a lot of women that could be incredible assets, and many women are quick to decline a house that they would most likely feel at home in, because of the way the recruitment process works. Not only at Ole Miss but all schools. The houses women only see in the first round could very well be for them but because they only have 20 or so minutes of exposure outside of social media and what they’ve heard from others on both sides of the equation, I think so much potential is lost.
