I know who you're talking about and she IS insta famous because she's so beautiful, posts her cool travels, has insta famous sister and Insta famous friends. Those kinds of girls have legit followers. If the 16,000 Chi O they're talking about is who I think, it wasn't from getting Insta famous in HS. I've followed her since she was a freshman and we all knew when she started buying them. No way not to notice when somebody's posts were normal with 300 likes and then 1200 likes from foreign names, weird looking names with a line of emojis for acct name or accts with like one post so IG won't remove them. Sorry, but it's was really obvious. LOL
