Alpha Phi is simply not as strong a presence in the South. This is something they are working hard to change, especially in the SEC...but what makes a chapter really strong in the South (tradition/positive overall reputation combined with looks) is not necessarily what makes a chapter strong elsewhere (hotness only). UF doesn't have the same Greek tradition as Ole Miss, but it is SEC through and through. IMO, good looks but a bad overall reputation doesn't equate to being top or even middle at most SEC schools.
