No one said that they were rising, I think even aphi knows that looks isn't the key factor in tiers around here - I mean honestly to me tiers couldn't be less relevant when they're based entirely on tradition rather than active members. They'll never change and no one, except maybe like DG, suggests that they will. But hey, id rather be a DG than an XO or DDD, maybe tiers SHOULD change... But they won't.
