Stick together, start talking about your goals for this year and next year's recruitment, and be amazed at what you can accomplish. Identify the people in your pledge class early on who can be future recruitment or social chairs -- groom them and encourage them to rise to the challenge. Those that came before you took a chance, believed and they got you -- you can make it even better!
