Alright! Variable Quota seemed to do a great job of making some really good pledge classes all around. For those groups with larger pledge classes, it is up to you. You will need to go above and beyond to create sisterhood among these very large pledge classes. A lot of these girls do not know many in these newer groups and will leave if they don't find close new friendships. Work Hard and you will have an even better group next year.
