6) To the girls in a house they didn't want but are trying to stick it out - GOOD FOR YOU. Seriously. You're my favorite person in the world because you understand everything doesn't always go your way and that every house has something to offer. You stick with it honey because you can be the change in that chapter. Some days are going to be hard. Sometimes you're going to feel awkward. You're going to meet some girls you don't like or just don't click with. That's okay. Just because you share letter with someone doesn't mean you have to be best friends. There are like 200-250 or more girls in every house, I promise you won't love everyone. You can respect them, see value in them, and understand why they are in your sorority though. So don't let those off days or off girls ruin the experience. You will find girls like you and girls you can be best friends with, you will enjoy swaps and parties, you will participate on campus and in events, and you'll grow so much as a person. In a year when you have to be on the other side of rush it will all click, and you'll wonder how you didn't realize you should be there from day 1.
