As someone who is coming into Ole Miss this fall I have looked into Phi Delt, Sigma Nu, KA and Sigma Chi. People say those are arguably top houses? What are some of the differences between the four? And I am a legacy of one of the houses so how are legacies treated with respect to bidding? Any real answers will genuinely be appreciated.
