Top chapter is at Kennesaw State University in suburban Atlanta. That used to not be saying a lot because KSU was a commuter school for years, but over the last decade its growth has exploded and the Greek system has grown with the school. Last year KSU absorbed another entire school, Southern Polytechnic State University, along with its Greek system. The UGA chapter only recolonized because DPhiE nationals made a deal with the school to return instead of going through the extension process. If they had had to apply for consideration, they probably never would have been invited back.
