Advertising.... Every unhoused sorority came here with the intent to get a house eventually... SK is no where close. Even if they could build as soon as they came on, that'd take about 3 years from survey go finish... Girls rushing now would be graduated or close to graduation since they're taking freshman, sophs and juniors.
