I'm not saying it's your fault, I'm just saying in general, it would be nice to have more representation. In general, greek life is thought of as a white person's arena. I know this isn't IU, but Bama was literally not allowed to accept anyone who wasn't white until a couple years ago. This fact turns a lot of great girls of color away.
