I'm a founding member at another university that is not IU and our nationals has given us so much support so I don't know what you're talking about. Yes, DPhiE is expanding but what sorority wouldn't want to expand? DPhiE gets criticized for being too small but then we open new chapters at Syracuse, UGA, Penn State, etc and then get criticized for it. Unless you're a DPhiE, you probably don't know anything about how much support the new colonies are getting. And yes, there are discussions for our chapter to build or buy a house in the near future and we have plenty of money to do so. I also don't know why you have to make snide remarks about UGA's house. It might be a bit smaller than other houses and need some renovations but it's not like there are a ton of historic mansions for sale on Milledge either. What is stopping the unhoused chapters at IU from building a house? Not enough land?
