The sororities won't be able to get the house and here's why: A good percentage of girls join off campus sororities because they can't afford to live in a house, or they would hate the idea of living in a house with 50+ other girls. The off campus sororities are also relatively new and have almost zero alumni or nationals support. They also lack the housing corps to negotiate a deal to lease a house. Although ATO would love to lease the house to a sorority (less risk), the sororities would not be able to pull it off.
