Now that a top tier fraternity has been kicked off campus, someone will end up taking their place as arguably the top house. Who will it be? The answer is Pi Kapps. Remember that when Acacia was kicked off campus, pi kapps was only upper middle tier, however they took advantage of akak's absence to jump to the top tier. Now with delts in trouble and ATO gone, they are the undisputed top party house and arguably the top overall house on campus now. Gotta give it to those guys, life gave em lemons and they're making lemonade. Let's see how long these boys can stay out of trouble now
