Apparently Delta Chi is a bottom tier fraternity? I heard good things from it from some girls and friends of mine. I was pretty interested in them before looking here but I guess we'll have to see during rush. Also, how is phi kappa sigma? Got contacted by their rush chair and just wanted to see what you guys thought about them.
