Three houses that I've found to be underrated and have very chill and good looking girls (for the most part): AOPi, Theta, and KD. They are all middle tier in my opinion, however, I've found that a lot of guys would rather throw down or just hang out with these girls rather than some of the upper tiers. They can hang, arent socially awkward, and I get the vibe tht they genuinely enjoy their houses. This is an opinion based question so it is obviously going to be different for everyone. Just my opnion
