Good post. ^^ I think AST moved its national headquarters to Indianapolis a few years ago to be with the other nationals. I think they want to become stronger, they did colonize at USI two years ago, and they did submit interest when DPhiE did. They might surprise everyone and submit again. I think if anyone submits, it might be them.
