Go to both, focus more on lambda. Beta Sig currently has a better reputation but parties are gonna be way worse in their new setup. TEP was there for years and could never climb. Lambda just got a new courtyard so parties will be better. Fair warning lambda was in trouble last year for roofieing a chick so idk what’s up there but tbh beta sig did the same to theta so
