All of that is incorrect, that's NOT how RFM works. The percentages are not 50 50 50 across the board for successive rounds, releases are a larger percentage at first round and go down from there. Are you standing outside of each house with a spreadsheet and counting each pnm at each party at each round? You can judge NOTHING by lines outside a house for a party; it depends on the number of parties on a certain day because party schedules are meant to disperse the numbers of PNM's attending. Each chapter party attendance is different. There is NO TARGET MC NUMBER from year to year, that is absolutely NOT how the process works. Quota sets itself at the end and RFM is NOT about eliminating pnm's to get down to a target mc. Tell us you haven't been a rush chair, oh wait, you just did.
