You're not asking a question that makes any sense. There are hardly any pnm's that get dropped entirely from recruitment at any point. Most pnm's that don't finish recruitment drop themselves from the process. There are also hardly any pnm's that don't get dropped from one or more chapters throughout recruitment. Chapters are REQUIRED to release a certain amount of pnm's each round and the amounts are different for different chapters. So just stop asking "how many get dropped" because the answer is ALMOST NONE OF YOU and ALMOST ALL OF YOU.
