That's actually a good question and the previous comment about other actives coming in to recruit makes the point that the ones doing the recruiting would not actually be in the chapter at all. It would be entirely up to whoever they recruited to set the tone for the membership. Also I don't think they were kicked off by the school, their own nationals pulled the plug and yanked the charter.
