Rush works both ways. They can drop you, and thus you may choose to drop rush. Lots of girls drop rush when their invites dont include top tier. That's the real reason only 65% of total starters finish with bids. A different, higher percentage of girls is used to truly tally overall PH rush success. Gals who attend pref AND maximize ALL their options from that point normally get bids; closer to an 88% figure of those from pref go somewhere.
