Not even in Delts but Ik a few people in it and the opinions of them on this site are completely biased, probably coming from Pike or some other bottom house. Delts is not a top house, but as they’re one of the most powerful organizations on campus and have one of the nicest houses they are unarguably mid tier. This is further solidified if they can take two really strong pcs this year and can actually make good use of the space they’re given. Eventually Delts will be a top house again at IU whether it takes 4, 5 or 10 years. Top houses such as Beta and Aepi have had setbacks over the past 15-20 years, but have been able to eventually reclaim their spot. TBH rankings really don’t mean that much anyway so if ur looking for a frat with a good brotherhood and really nice house it’s worth giving the Delts a shot
