They have the same pairs planned for early in the semester and both have a couple weird dudes, but every house has a couple outcasts so take that with a grain of salt Delt: first semester back on campus so nobody knows if they'll have good parties, insanely nice house that will be easy to get a room in,harder pledgeship but worth it for their mansion, richer Snu: weirder guys in general, worse house but better location imo, more established on campus, and more support from their nationals.
