I honestly can't see a world where any fraternity bids a 22 year old. If ur 22, theres simply no reason to join a frat. Idk anything about business frats though. If all u want is fun, the good news is you can go to bars, and if u just want friends then u can make a ton of them outside greek life. It'll just be a lot harder for u being older so id say its not even worth considering. Its just really awkward, especially with every guy in ur pc who u would normally be friends with being 4 years younger (and the girls they are partying with too).
