Just found a letter from the OSC to Chi Phi read this!!! Dear Chi Phi, It is with regret that we must inform you that all of your fraternity's activities are hereby suspended, effective immediately. This decision has been made as a result of recent incidents that have come to our attention, which have caused significant concern for the safety and well-being of our campus community. As a result of this suspension, your fraternity will no longer be permitted to participate in any social events, including but not limited to parties, mixers, or other gatherings. Additionally, your fraternity will not be able to have a little 500 team or participate in any related events. We understand that this may be a disappointing and difficult situation for your members, and we encourage you to use this time to reflect on the values and expectations of our campus community. We hope that you will take the necessary steps to address any issues within your fraternity and work towards positive change. We will be monitoring the situation closely and will be in touch with you as we determine the appropriate next steps. In the meantime, we expect full cooperation from your fraternity and its members in adhering to this suspension.
