PNMs: please remember that chapters literally practice recruitment for MONTHS. they know exactly what to do to make you like them. nationals have women who’s entire career is dedicated to analyzing recruitment practices and what works & what doesn’t. look past the noise, decor, houses, etc and see the people for who they are. what they do outside of their chapter, how they interact with people, the things that matter!! don’t get caught up in the show and end up in a chapter that you don’t even like.
