In greek life, there are certain frats that seem to be going away from their current "vibe" this can mostly be seen with Sophomores/Freshmen in the house being a lot different from the juniors/seniors. This doesn't mean the brotherhood between the grades is bad but just that the house is going in a different direction. Houses that most fit this: Sig Chi: Juniors could not be more different than the weirdos that are underclassmen Pi Kapps: Similar to Sig Chi, the juniors+ absolutely carry the house Phi Psi: Upperclassmen and underclassmen are nothing alike.
