I don’t think anyone is. Snu is taking bsigs while bsig is going to akak phi tau and sigpi are empty. The only off campus frats that could get these houses would be pilam, sammy, tep or chi phi and I doubt tep or chi phi have enough kids for a house and Sammy will probably stay off campus so pilam I guess. Fraternities are dying faster than new frats are coming in so they will most likely be empty
