Firstly I think a lot of it has to do with money. They flaunt their wealth a lot and this is something frat boys like. Not all frat boys, but a large amount like small, rich girls and don’t care that much if they aren’t nice. And basically frat guys opinion dictates who is “top” so if a lot of these guys are attracted to a girl socialized like that, that’s why they are considered that. So that is probably why people see it that way, but it doesn’t mean you need to care about that world/way of thinking! You can choose people and environments that attract good character and energy instead :)
