Lol no they don’t get hoco (officially at least). They get off social restrictions ON hoco which means they won’t be able to register the pair through IU, and IU has to give them the green light to officiate the end of their restrictions which can very well be after hoco. And obv if they’re found having a pair while on social restrictions, that’s it for them
