It only makes sense to have FIJI, Sig Chi, and Pi Kapps as top houses as they've been consistently seen as top for years. ZBT was seen as top for the past 2-3 years, but now they're dealing with a lot of stuff. Beta was top a few years ago and have been able to keep good status thanks to their graduating class and juniors. Phi Delt was seen as a great house, but their sophomores really fumbled the bag this year. Phi Sig is all over the place bc they hang w girls in every house from Pi Phi to AGD, and their rising seniors are by far their best class. AEPi took a tough hit this year and who knows how it will affect them in the long run. Sammy benefitted from being off campus this year, but ppl are gonna want to party at frat houses next year. What I'm trying to say here is that there are plenty of upper mids that have inconsistent pc's or pair reps compared to those top 3, so it is far more opinionated to rank them against each other. TOP: FIJI, Sig Chi, Pi Kapps Upper mid: ZBT, Beta, Phi Delt, Sammy, Phi Sig, AEPi you can rearrange the houses however you want, but they're all the same caliber house
