Are frats are similar no matter what anyone says from top all the way to middle. May be a few more goobers in some than others but not huge difference. Just an example - the “most popular” kid from our high school is in a mid tier frat and a couple of kids considered weird were bid a sig chi and phi delt. Obviously high school is irrelevant but trying to show so are tiers to a certain extent
