Looking at the building, it’s fully clad in limestone so that adds a bit more to the cost. They have a central bathroom as opposed to en-suite units so that lowers that cost a bit. Ballpark on it is somewhere between $200-$225 per square foot since it was build about 5 years ago. So total cost was probably between $11mm-$12.5mm.
