5 years ago ZBT was a mid house, Aepi and Sae were bottom/ lower houses, Phi psi was and upper/ top house, and there were more than 10 frats on campus that no longer even exist at IU. The point is picking a house by their rank right now is a stupid idea because the ranks here change constantly and it won’t matter. Even by the time you’re a junior the house you pick now has a chance to be in a completely different position, or gone altogether. Just pick a house you actually fw and seems like won’t get kicked, and everything will work out. It’s too easy to get caught up in Bs and bad advice on here.
