If you signed a bid during formal rush (that is, filled out your bid card after pref) you CAN NOT rush again until the next formal rush which would be 2021. The only way she could go to another group now is if she’d dropped out before rush was over, and since she went to bid day that is obviously not the case. OP, you’re bound for a year. Try a little harder to make it work. If you still hate it a month or so from now drop out and don’t initiate.
