Alpha Phi missed quota by a lot. Again. That's not just a numbers problem. Their national rep is suffering horribly and here now too. DPhi barely made over half of quota. Again that isn't a numbers issue, it's a PNMs don't want you issue. At least they didn't only get nine again, so that's improvement.
