I agree with you on some points, but TPA did not make quota, they snapped to 52. SK and SDT have made quota the last 4 years so I don't think it's luck. Both of those chapters do have the luxury of having more legacies come through recruitment than ASA, DPhiE or TPA. There are strong recruiting chapters within each tier. For example, Pi Phi typically makes quota but Alpha Phi has done snaps for the past few years. Both are solid chapters, one just recruits stronger within their tier. Phi Mu and AGD both made quota with snaps while ADPi made quota plus and all three chapters are similar, ADPi just recruits statistically stronger. All three are solid chapters, one just falls on the wrong side of the math. If most Greeks really understood that math is affecting some chapters more than pairs or social status, it would be nice.
