Every year, girls drop bc they don't get "top" houses for prefer.Some chapters end up taking a super small pledge class bc of tiers crap and other bs like on this site. When the so called "bottom" tiers leave campus bc they can't sustain membership it just means another chapter moves into the bottom spot. Running chapters down helps no one and hurts everyone. We need to be more inclusive, more accepting, less superficial and realize we are way more alike than not. Let's build chapters up. There is room for every chapter and we need every chapter. Over 2000 girls went through recruitment. How many dropped? How stupid is it that girls dropped rather than be in a "bottom" house. Watch out mid tier. When ASA and DPhiE get run off, one of you will be next.
