I have terrible anxiety. Before rush I was so nervous I could puke. The first couple of houses I went to I was extremely nervous and awkward. But after you get a feel for it all, it isn’t bad at all!! I actually ended up really enjoying it and I ended up in the house i wanted. I think the biggest thing is just tell yourself “this is sorority rush. I’m stressing myself out over RUSH. think about all the other stressors people are going through right now and I’m freaking out about rush.” Just know it gets so much better as it goes on. Being on the other side of rush is stressful so know that the girl youre talking to is nervous too!
