Why are some fraternities not listed on the official IFC website as participating in spring rush (for example: Phi Sig, Sammy, SAE) and does that mean they aren’t taking a spring class or they just haven’t organized their rush through IFC for one reason or another? And how can I rush these fraternities in the spring if they aren’t listed?
