I'm sorry but the tiers of frats have nothing to do with the quality of the parties. If it did, explain to me why a house like Sig Chi, Phi Delt, or even Fiji is considered a top/good house when on any given night almost ALL of the lower tier houses throw much more fun parties. This is well-known by most frat houses.
