In this case yea this is very true lol. Guys in top houses also have said they wouldn’t come to our date parties simply because of tier too. Also, gonna be honest, it’s kinda hard to make friends with guys or people in lots of houses when your sorority only pairs with 2 or 3 frats. We don’t really get the chance to make those connections. So there in all honesty are some down sides - saying this as a senior who’s been through it. That being said tho I love my chapter and the friends I have made
