Above is correct. But if you’re legacy (mom, grandma, etc) is active at either the IU or other chapter your odds are better, especially at IU. The historically older groups (Kappa, Theta, DG, Pi Phi) that have been on campus for a century often have SO many legacies they have no choice but to cut heavily. ALL the IU sororities, however, have legacies that rush every year.
