For the same reason XO is on C&D and still listed on here. They have one week left if they even hope to take a PC because all PCs must be initiated within 8 weeks. Given spring break, March 1 is the last date this could happen. So since they are not off C&D, they are unofficially done. Don't be surprised if you hear nothing and they are just quietly gone when school starts in the fall, the house remains empty, unless they rent it to ASA for recruitment like DDD did for DPhiE.
