TPA had a new member class of 14 in Fall 2018 through informal recruitment. SK took about 3 informally in Fall 2018. That was LAST semester. So yes they do Fall informal and have done it recently. No one knows what the future holds or if anyone will be doing fall recruitment, but yes TPA and SK have usually done fall recruitment and they have done it recently. You have no leg to stand on and got pissed for no reason.
