Because that's your opinion. My opinion is that Phi Mu is totally overrated and not better than SK, AGD, and ADPi. Also because if you look at social media SK has a strong social media game and let's face it. A lot of people make up their mind based on social media because they don't actually know people in chapters. SK also is polarizing because they got a lot of unwarranted hate because they were the last chapter to colonize of the newer group, but the first one to get a house. One lease expires and their housing people make sure they get another lease. Chapters are better at certain things than others. Phi Mu and ADPi have great grades. SK not as strong in grades, but not bottom 5. AGD and SK are more social than Phi Mu and ADPi. Doesn't really make for even comparisons.
