^^^ Nice try, but NO!! AXO did have very low return rates, only enough for parties one day. If the above poster was right, SEVERAL OTHER chapters that have and are “recruiting well” do not have just enough returning for parties on ONE DAY. They all have parties both days. Face it—this is just an abnormal year: Chi O basically out of the mix, Alpha Chi with low returns.....One good thing: you can be SURE several “top tier” (whatever that means!) groups will be snap bidding pretty soon!!
